Please note:

For wire transfer through a bank, clients are kindly requested to advise the bank of the transfer details provided by Falcon Brokers, under the section named “Wire Transfer” and to inquire about processing time (including intermediary banks) and any additional charges.

Falcon Brokers will accept credit/debit card deposits only where the name of the account matches the name on the card. When depositing funds into your Falcon Brokers account, please arrange to send the money in the same currency of your Falcon Brokers account, being the base currency. If you must deposit funds in a currency other than your account base currency, Falcon Brokers will effect the conversion at prevailing market rates.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are usually processed by Falcon Brokers Ltd within one working day. Withdrawn funds will be sent the same way the initial funds were received.

We will not process any withdrawals to a third party and will always inform you by email when receive a withdrawal request and will confirm when funds were withdrawn.

Falcon Brokers Ltd does not apply any withdrawal charges, and cannot be held responsible for any bank fees incurred as a result of bank transfers. Please note some bank transfers pass through intermediary banks which might apply additional charges.
