The personal information that the client provides in connection with registering himself as a user of the investment and ancillary services and the Company’s site is stored on secure servers that only authorized staff have access to it via a password.

We shall not be liable for unlawful or unauthorized use of the client’s personal data due to his misuse or misplacement of his own password whether through negligence or malicious intent.
